Return Policy

Eurowire adheres to the Consumer Guarantees & Fair-Trading Act along with our Standard Terms and Conditions.

Purchase Damaged in Transit
Every care is taken to ensure your purchases arrive as you expect them to. Unfortunately, sometimes this is not the case, but we have a process to put things right.

As the Buyer you must check your purchase within 24 hours of receiving it. Eurowire reserves the right to refuse courier claims that are made outside of this timeframe. Please inspect the package prior to signing for it as if the goods are signed for “in good order” we cannot make a claim with the courier.

Please contact us, photos are good as they help us clearly identify what has been damaged and help us come up with a solution for you. Eurowire will repair or replace where possible, refunds will only be offered where a replacement is not available. Don’t worry, Eurowire will cover the cost of getting the replacement item or repair to you.

The item doesn’t fit, or I have changed my mind
The height, width and depth of our items is given in the item listings, please take the time to double check your measurements before your buy.

If in doubt, please contact us. All care is taken to ensure the images in our listings fairly represent the item. If you have made a mistake or changed your mind then please contact to arrange a Goods Return Authority, the shipping of the item back to us will be at your cost.

Items will not be accepted if a Goods Return Authority has not been issued.

The item must be in in its original packaging with all its accessories and in a resale-able condition – there will also be a restocking fee of 10% of the original purchase price.
